The Technology and Customer Experience Gap

Fluctuating customer demand is nature of business.

Or is it?

There will always be a certain level of demand variation in business.

But if you can create customer experiences that become addictive, these variations will not be very wide.

And this is where you can use technology.

To be realistic, there are aspects of customer experience that you can’t control.

But you can manage and control a bulk of it. And the truth is, most companies have not been able to leverage technology to manage and control customer experience effectively.
